Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer


The Project Manager is responsible for the adoption and implementation of best practice project management standards and methodologies. He/she will provide oversight of the portfolio of projects and provide program management services including analysis, execution and delivery of development projects.


  • Ensure project plans are in place and deliverables are strategically aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and secure key project resources
  • Define and report key measures of success
  • Implement project changes and corrective actions to ensure project success
  • Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders status, risks and issues
  • Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology and project teams

Education and Experience

  • Experience leading projects in Healthcare/Biotech industry
  • Knowledge of industry project management best practices
  • Strong experience in managing projects, ideally in research and development and equivalent to circa 5 years
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors in business, information technology, health care or related science field preferred
  • Post graduate qualification and/or PMP Certification a plus but not essential
  • Immunology, oncology and/or cell therapy experience is a distinct advantage
